Emphasis is on creating meaning, leveraging positive influence that supports psychological needs, psychological safety and autonomous motivation.
The Principled People-Centered Leadership development program is based on the Principled People-Centered Leadership model. This is our signature program.
Fundamental to the model and program are concepts that contemporary leaders must be responsible, principled, effective and people-centered, with emphasis on creating meaning, leveraging positive influence that supports psychological needs, and autonomous motivation. There is further emphasis on growth, competence, connection, empowerment, coaching and psychological safety in group dynamics.
The Greatest Boss™ is geared for supervisors and junior managers early in their leadership journey. It puts particular emphasis on learning and practicing people-centric leadership, including building connections and leveraging positive influence that supports psychological needs and autonomous motivation, as well as, communication skills, growth, competence, connection, empowerment, coaching and psychological safety in group dynamics. This program puts less emphasis on the concept of responsibility and more emphasis on the workplace climate and building and nurturing healthy relationships.
