We specialize in providing practical strategic business solutions to small and medium-sized businesses that meet or solve talent, leadership and organizational needs.

As leadership is core to every business and organization, we have been rethinking leadership to solve modern organizational challenges. We offer three leadership development / group coaching program frameworks and various masterclasses based on the Principled People-Centered Leadership Model.

Supporting leaders' growth and development, we equip leaders with competence, positive influence approaches, strategies, and effectiveness habits to best engage and motivate individuals and teams to greater performance and outcomes. Learning to be principled ethical leaders is also core to our program as responsibility and trust are fundamental to building relationships and meeting stakeholder needs and expectations.

Instead of a one-size fits all or a specifically skill-based approach, the idea behind our learning and development program and learner models is to offer quality and flexibility, that is practical and delivers results.

The development programs combine significant access to resources and videos for asynchronous learning, combined with facilitated learning for leadership fundamentals, and opportunities for individual or group coaching; together the design is geared to be optimally practical and deliver the highest possible ROI.

Our program is a standout. In providing individualized development programs, which include masterclasses, plus coaching and a collection of curated resources, we are ensuring the learning of fundamentals while otherwise allowing some flexibility to learn, develop and integrate skills with support and at the learner's own pace.

Our development model uses coaching to enhance learning and development, ensuring that learning takes place. Coaching provides some accountability allowing for confirmation that new competencies are well understood and integrated, becoming habits incorporated back in the workplace.

The Greatest Boss™ is geared for supervisors and junior managers early in their leadership journey. It puts particular emphasis on learning and practicing people-centric leadership, including building connections and leveraging positive influence that supports psychological needs and autonomous motivation, as well as, communication skills, growth, competence, connection, empowerment, coaching and psychological safety in group dynamics. This program puts less emphasis on the concept of responsibility and more emphasis on the workplace climate and building and nurturing healthy relationships.
