We coach enterprise leaders, senior management, and emerging leaders. We equip them to drive meaningful results and turn their organization's vision into reality. The coaching process involves gaining self-clarity, building leadership competence, and cultivating effective personal habits. Coaching takes many forms. It may be part of a leadership development program, a stress and wellness program, influence and personal branding program, or one of many other growth and development areas. Most of the time coaching is sponsored by the leader's company or employer, but this is not always the case. We also work with individuals directly.

We work with mainly with small to mid-sized businesses of all industries, including established companies, entrepreneurial businesses, startups, and non-profit organizations. 

We partner with leaders and organizations to understand their situation, to sort out the root causes of issues and concern, and then work collaboratively to design and execute solutions that get results and satisfy a high return on investment for the engagement.

Our services are subscription, package or project based. 

• Leadership Development Training, including courses, masterclasses, and webinars, are provided fee based (price per seat). Package pricing is available to companies, sponsoring development programs. Additionally, some specific short-topic E-Learning courses are complementary. 
• Leadership circles (group coaching combined with leadership development), including our various signature programs, are provided on a subscription package basis. Scheduling group coaching is subject to the availability, appropriate program level, size of existing groups and completion of a prerequisite masterclasses. Contact us for details. 
• Coaching packages are available for 12 or 24 sessions over a 3-month or 6-month time period typically. 
• Consulting engagements are on a project or retainer basis, depending on our agreement.
