Jay Ridenour, is a leadership development expert, executive coach, senior consultant, thought leader and writer. Founder of the Ridenour Leadership Group, Jay has extensive experience in personal and organizational performance, leadership, competency development, group dynamics and workplace culture. He consults with organizations and coaches senior leaders on leadership competence, culture optimization and employer branding. His wisdom stems from a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), his practice of consulting and coaching CEOs and senior leaders, and 25 years in senior human resources roles, where he coached, trained, and mentored hundreds of team leaders and championed cultural indicatives. Jay has experience across diverse sectors, industries and business models, including television, healthcare, retail, food production/manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, property management, real estate development and real estate private equity .
